{"id":261,"date":"2005-09-17T02:17:10","date_gmt":"2005-09-17T02:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/j.unoccupied.org\/?p=261"},"modified":"2005-09-17T02:17:10","modified_gmt":"2005-09-17T02:17:10","slug":"being-a-little-unforgiving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/j.unoccupied.org\/?p=261","title":{"rendered":"being a little unforgiving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I am naturally unforgiving sometimes, but I tend to keep it inside sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>But today, I couldn\\&#8217;t believe that someone else could do the same.<\/p>\n<p>My powerbook was running out of battery power, so I looked around the large room for an available powerbook adapter.  I found one.  It was Jeff\\&#8217;s, but he had indicated earlier that these adapters were available for common use.  So without thinking, I took it next door to the smaller room to work on things with Jonathan.<\/p>\n<p>Suddenly, Jeff walked into the room, as if he was looking for soemthing.  He suddenly stopped at our table and said, \\&#8221;You know, I did say to keep that in the other room.\\&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>I was so shocked, that I forgot to apologze.  I simply unplugged the adapter from the wall and my computer.  Then I gave it to him.  Then he said, \\&#8221;You know, I hope your battery dies.\\&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I could feel his irritation and I simply responded, \\&#8221;It is.\\&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Then Jeff walked out.  Suddenly, I didn\\&#8217;t feel like being on good terms with him anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan didn\\&#8217;t seem to be affected at all by Jeff.  I was irritated.  Why did he have to get so upset over such a little thing?  Ok, maybe I shouldn\\&#8217;t have taken the adapter, but I had forgotten that they couldn\\&#8217;t move.  Ok, no more.<\/p>\n<p>But now, maybe I take it back.  I can\\&#8217;t be forgiving for this stupid act.
