My goal at one point was to not let any designers work for them. But well how would I prevent a designer anyway? I was irked. How dare they find someone that could replace me.<\/p>\n
Still, I don\\’t see how they could hire a designer. With all the dyanmicism and unresolved decision-making, what would happen? It takes more than a designer to turn the product around. It takes expert management. And if it\\’s not them that can do it, then who can?<\/p>\n
Besides, what would happen if I run into them? Do I slyly mention my newfound piece of knowledge? Do I politely congratulate them? Or do I slink away? Or do I unleash my building fury?<\/p>\n
