I remember his disrespect for others&#8212;especially how he insulted Will in front of everyone.  It was a behavior that I rarely saw in the workplace.  And usually when I see that, people like that get shuffled off quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I wondered about what he said yesterday.  About how he has been stripped of his responsibilities to a role of a production manager.  Although I said nothing, I replayed all the conversations people had with me.  The \\&#8221;he makes my life living hell\\&#8221; and \\&#8221;he is the reason that I quit\\&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>CJ must know that people quit because of him.  Yet what can you say when you are confronted with that question?  I stood back, trying to understand whether it was me, him or the company.  Yet, it was overwhelming.  The multiple moving parts meant there was no real just reason.  I could only conclude that it wasn\\&#8217;t the best environment, and people did not feel supported.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, do say fake things.  Because even though it sounds shallow, it gives people hope.  A negative attitude doesn\\&#8217;t help anyone, especially when it comes from a manager.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, I asked this aloud.
