Although I can't see Alan's face, I know that he was overcome by emotion. He had told me before that he had never seen tulips in person before. Then when he came up...he saw tulips at Pier 41. I was almost flabberghasted, yet I think...I said something like, "Oh, but one day you'll won't get hurt by them." :) He got jabbed by the wire. Hehe. I am glad that he loved the tulips. I just can't settle for a mere rose (although maybe another day, I'll go for simplicity) and a card. Yes, must go for the big stuff.

Somehow today was a good day. I did okay on CS midterm. Ugh, although I missed the easy questions and did well on the hard ones. What is this...irony?! Got a perfect score on a music quiz (no silly mistakes this time!). Then you know, I celebrated by doing my CS homework and CS project. Oof, I know I am rambling.
