Today, I was able to go through long periods of being by myself without bursting into tears. I am finally dealing and living with loneliness. I suppose it was because yesterday night my roommate and her friend were over the longest time. I refuse to cry when people can hear me. So I had to hold it in...had to hold it in. I was successful. I don't like it when reality hits.
