If you forget something, obviously that something is not of great importance although you wouldn't have forgotten it in the first place. I am thinking in particular of an event that not many people showed up for. Actually I am thinking of the people who said that they would come, but never appeared.

Today, I had my first taste of Java. Unfortunately, due to my usual anxiety-causing tendencies, I worried myself to death, because I hadn't really learned C in high school. Ironically the teacher who taught C++ in high school is in my summer class right now. Can you say scary? Hello, Mr. Downing! You're not supposed to be here!
