admiration or envy?

"The other Jen's site. Not very complete." -Jiong's links page said about my page.

Let's get two things straight here. It's Jenn!! Not Jen! I decided this summer that I wanted two n's. Not just one. One n would remind me of those times in both middle school and high school where they would return my yearbook and I would look at their mark. Then I would see the most bland statement in the world, "You're a nice person, Jennifer. Have a great summer." Or even more bland, "It was nice having you in my class. HAGS!" Not that I have anything against bland statements, it's the matter of the word, nice. Besides, I have been tormented throughout my life by my parents way of trying to spell our last name. "Ng. Nice Guy." Occasionally we do say "Nice girl." but we already know how sexist this society is. And second thing, my page is not incomplete. Let's call it procrasination. I am going through another transition. I have admired how 15 year old web designers make their webpages look so sparkling. And...they own their domains too. Soon, I hope I will own mine. Although here I am a 19 year old who screams sloth.

Doreen is going bye bye today. :(
