baby steps. small steps. they give you the challenge to appreciate the destination.
I don't see how Sharkia's new song "Whenever, Wherever" can be translated to Suerte. Or for that matter Suerte translated to "Whenever, Wherever". In Spanish, everybody was a huge fan of Shakira...just because the song we learned in Spanish was...well catchy. I still remember the tapes of Spanish class in lab. One of the loudest people would start singing out loud. There's always a person like that in every class. Especially in high school.
I used to listen to Sinead O'Connor for hours at a time, lettings tears stream down my face and thinking that I would never find anyone again. Well, hey sometimes...you're proven wrong. Yesterday night, I spent a good amount of time chatting online (too much too). Julie had created a room for her Balboa High School friends and the Berkeley friends. At one point, she suddenly asked, "Why is there love...what is love..." Because that's what we live for, I had said. I attempted to explain it, but now it's an ineffable definition. You can describe the experiences, but not quite the feeling.
