clock ticks down to zero

Whoa. I heard a loud screech outside. No doubt, it must have been caused by the usual Berkeley pedestrian. The ones that cross the street thinking they rule the road. As for me, I hesitate ruling the road. I am the Berkeley pedestrian that inches slowly across the road...

My project is due in 36 hours. Yesterday, I had to go through the entire day with my throat choked. Eventually I figured out that it was a side effect from being stressed. Marisol had convinced me to give up my time so that I could satisfy her urges. :D Haha. But doing that meant that I lost some hours that I could have used to code on my project. :p Or well...used it to waste time in other forms. Nonetheless, I am feeling...so pressured.
Can you imagine though? The project is about solving a puzzle. I finished the basic coding on Monday, and I have been debugging ever since then. On Tuesday, I was able to output the input. Yesterday, I was able to output answers. Psuedo-answers. Then today, I was able to get more correct answers. Then...suddenly, my program kept throwing exceptions this way and that way. Puff. Null pointers suck! I wish there was some method in java that would check for null pointers. Like it did in scheme:
(empty? a)
Instead I get:
NullPointerException!!!!!!!! ERROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOM! JAVA DOES NOT LIKE YOU!!!

Alas, at this rate...even though I have been working (ugh) every day for at least 10 hours on the project, I won't finish by tonight. :( Major disappointment for me. And especially Alex. It totally sucks.
