simulation of rain falling

When I came back from Lafayette, I decided that the first thing I would do is to wash the bathroom rug. Now the pink mess is hanging over the shower divider dripping water all over the place. Almost simulating the slowly falling rain outside.

It would be nice to have snow here in sunny California.

I would have to assume that Scribble got hacked when I got the usual dramatic page. "Endless." the title page said. I don't remember what it said on the regular page though, ironically.

Thanksgiving was...interesting. Well, actually blah. My parents made my sis stay in San Diego, so I was the only young'un at home. As it has been for the last two months. Our thanksgiving feast barely was a feast. We had small pieces of turkey just as a reminder that it was Thanksgiving day. Otherwise, it was the basic Chinese dinner. Yup, so three people. For the second year in a row, my mom wasn't working. Surprise. What a reminder of last year. :p Some times excitement is all in the mind.

I just remembered. I was looking through my tracker the other day. UCSB. Now I gotta wonder. Yes. I'll have to check that again. Now Alan wouldn't be that stupid not to use some safewebing (or his bookmarking), would he?

We went to Peony Restaurant in Oakland for the psuedo-Thanksgiving feast. Eight of us...my grandparents, my parents, and a set of aunt and uncle. We had the fondue dinner. Uncle Sam kept bantering how students should opt to major in Electrical Engineering rather than Computer Science, because EE is more useful. Yes, thanks for telling me about it. Then he also added how Computer Science is basically useless. Uhum. Great.

Back to Berkeley. Back to stressin'.
