After a week of bitterness and disgust at this place we call Earth, I suddenly felt better.

Must have been those achievements that I have made recently, despite their futility.

On Wednesday, I finally did well on a math quiz. The last minutes, however, I was displeased to find that they wanted the particular solution rather than the general solution. Also, Nick is adamanant of ending our quiz time once the noontime bell chorale starts. Nonetheless, this quiz must be a better score than the last quizzes I had the previous weeks. Recurrence relations are surprisingly straightforward.

CS project. Has any sane person heard of Amazons the game? I got the GUI (Graphic User Interface) working. :D On the first try too. And I was pleased that I figured out how to get a file open dialog box. Neato stuff...those swing libraries.

Oh and yes. Kristen (SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssss!!!) visited me the past weekend. Had a good fun old time, despite the fact that I was lacking stuff-to-do. Mel's is good. So is blue and gold!

Sam is pretty good at making me focus on programming. Or for that matter, helping me debug. He was able to figure out why my gameOver method wasn't working by taking one look at the game board. Excellent, shall I say. As of now, I am approximately two days ahead of the general populace of CS61B.
