Stab in the Wounded Heart

Sigh, I can't stop thinking about yesterday night's stabbing. Okay, so it was an emotional stabbing. There weren't any bloody messes that either of us had to clean up. Just his inability to understand what I had seen in him. And he didn't even give it a chance? Oh, superficiality? I hate my anxieties.
I was shaking from the cold for minutes after that. It seemed strange. Earlier, it was as if his words were warm...and my hands barely froze at all. But then, he said it...and the warmth immediately disappeared. Sigh. What the opposite gender can really do to you.

Besides, I don't want to seem that desperate.

On the happier side, my sis came to visit me today. :) Of course, I had dragged her out of her boredom in Lafayette. She came with my cookie dough and all the necessary foods enough to satisfy me until Saturday. We ate a short, oily dinner. Then I showed her the final fantasy x video that Fred had shown me a couple of weeks before. (Fred, as you may well know, still does not know my name.) Tram dropped by after her chem final, attempting to look over notes from Kenny's math review session. Unfortunately, my roommate Linda was also watching Dawson's Creek, an episode of winter horror. Being the curious watcher, I got immersed in the show...and Tram did too I would assume, since I barely saw her turn her head directly toward her the notes. Oddly enough, she had told me a few days before about how if she went home, she would be watching TV. Oh the irony. :) Then I showed my sister where I spent days of torture in the basement of Soda Hall, almost hitting the computers. She didn't look that impressed with my amazons gui. :p Sigh.
Afterwards, went directly to unit 1. By luck, we found a space right next to Putnam Hall. All good! I rang up Chris who signed both of us in. Then he led us up to the fourth floor. At this point, I remember how much I wanted to visit the third floor...the people I sorta got acquainted with...curiousity... Nonetheless, I got a chance to meet more of the fourth floor. Oddly enough, Catherine dropped by to see Kevin. She doesn't talk to me. Not a huge surprise. Disagreements over the very thing that connects two people can cause a disruption in communication. We finally found Cliff...hustlin' in the Freeborn lounge. Yes and he was pimpin' up it too. :) And for the first time...unlike most of my friends...he actually agreed to go with us to get food. There wasn't any of "no, I'll just here". It was a "I want to go too!!!" Where are my friends who are like the latter?! Anyway, so Chris, Cliff, his friend Katherine, Doreen, and I went to the Asian Ghetto to get our special tapioca drinks..oh yeah after visiting Putnam Hall. I hadn't been there ever since I last stalked Alan's friend. Heh, look at all those names that I throw out. Being nice, I paid for Chris and Cliff's drinks--Green Coconut Tapioca and Kiwi Slushy Tapioca respectively. Then I demanded that my sis pay me back later. She must! And we wandered back to the Freeborn lounge where we watched a game of ping pong. Kevin popped up a number of times. Then we left Unit 1. :)
My sis messed around with my comp until 1:30 am...when she decided that our parents might get mad because she got back late. Hahaha!!! HAR!

Math final friday. 8 freakin' am!!!! :p Must study.
