Sometimes I feel like a big failure. I struggle through interviews because sometimes I really have no idea what I am talking about.
How are use cases used in the design process? Somewhat unclear to me, but I haven\’t used them so explicitly. I am more accustomed to user scenarios, determining how a user might go through a process.
I am starting to wonder whether this is really for me. Mostly because I haven\’t ever done a good job in the usability aspect of really pulling all the user things together to drive a design. It\’s always due to time constraints that I need to shorten the usability analysis to simply a summary.
I have a heuristic evaluation I am supposed to do for whisper but it\’s just not compelling enough for me. So right now, I have a few reports done, but it\’s still not complete. It\’s still in the initial phase of being done and I am waiting. The server goes down and it\’s not working.
