I am now more bitter than I should be about my last job. But I am somewhat proud of myself that I have set up interviews at pretty good places. Good design firms and those well-known corporate places. Why didn\’t I do this before?
Probably because I didn\’t know any better. And I restructured my resume to make it look like I have years of experience. When I had really only less than a year of industry experience but many academically.
Regardless, 4+ phone interviews last week. Then about 3 or so the first week I was laid off. And this week, 3 on-site interviews, 1 phone interview and 2 pending to be scheduled this week. It\’s like having a full-time job, but somewhat with less stress.
